The need to keep up to date is important for everyone working in a healthcare. There are various ways that you can keep up-to-date with the latest articles and information, below are a few examples:
Journal Table of Contents Alerts (TOCs)
Keep up to date with the latest articles published in specific journals by registering for a Table of Contents alert, known as TOCs. You can set up your own TOCs by registering on the journal website, or the Library will be happy to set these up for you. Set up update alerts from NICE Healthcare databases (AMED, British Nursing Index, CINAHL, EMBASE, EMCARE , HMIC, Medline, HMIC and PsycINFO). Enabling you to capture any future research conducted within your search topic, delivering the results direct to your email account.
